We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal in edible products, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure food safety and customer fairness.

Returns not accepted — opened products
Due to health and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any edible products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Once a product's seal is broken, it cannot be restocked or resold. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our products safe for all customers.

  • Partially consumed products
  • Change of mind after opening
Returns accepted — damaged on delivery
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise and will make it right. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if the product was damaged during transit and delivered in unusable condition.
  • Crushed, broken, or leaked packaging
  • Product spoiled or contaminated due to damaged packaging
  • Wrong item delivered

How to report a damaged delivery

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  3. Email us at Aslamfoodsstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
  4. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
